Q: What precautions should I take when operating the Garden
Groom?
We recommend that safety goggles be worn at all times. Do not overreach,
keep proper footing and balance at all times and always ensure you
are stood on a secure platform.

Q: Will the Garden Groom collect all of the clippings?
The Garden Groom collects the vast majority of the clippings (the
denser the growth, the better the collection rate).
If you find that the shredded clippings are starting to spill out
of the container, this indicates that it needs emptying, we recommend
that you do not over fill the onboard container.
Q: Can I operate my Garden Groom without the container?
A: Do not do this under any circumstances.
Q: Can I use my Garden Groom for anything
other than cutting hedges and bushes?
No, we strongly recommend that you only use the Garden Groom for
cutting hedges and bushes.

Q: My Garden Groom is making a strange
noise and not collecting very well
Check the container is not full and the volume bag hose and exhaust
are not blocked.

Q: Do I need to sharpen the blades of the Garden Groom?
No, because the cutting action is achieved by a rotary blade. It
is the speed of the cut that is critical. The Garden Groom has been
designed to require no maintenance, however should you damage the
blades they are replaceable.

Q: Can I obtain spare parts/repairs?
Yes, depending upon what the parts are, you can purchase them from
your Garden Groom Distributor stated at the back of your instruction
manual. Your distributor will also offer
